We select only furniture and equipment which we believe offer you the highest quality and the greatest value for your hard earned dollar. All of our items are shipped direct from the manufacturers in sealed boxes and are brand new. Shipping direct to our customers cuts out the middle man and allows us to offer you great prices.

SHIPPING: Due to the numerous products we offer shipping times will vary from item to item. Please refer to the individual item page for shipping times, or email us at joey@daycarefurnituredirect.com . We make every effort to provide accurate lead times on every product, however all times listed are approximate.
Shipping Costs: All items found on daycarefurnituredirect.com DO NOT INCLUDE FREIGHT. When you place your order and select "DFD will call you within 24 hrs w/ a freight quote" your order will go to our shipping department which will get the most competitive freight rate possible and phone or email you back with the cost of shipping for your approval. If you feel that the freight charges are not acceptable we will gladly cancel your order . Please feel free to call before you place your order for shipping charges 316-558-8806. If prefer to have your order processed without our rep. calling you for shipping approval please select "Freight Approved please process my order" and your order will be processed and actual freight cost will be charged.
Payment Methods: We gladly accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. We also accept check or money order payments mailed to us at the above address. Please be advised all orders paid via Check or Money order will not be processed for shipment until Check/Money order clears our bank. Approx. 7 to 10 days.
Quotes: For extra large orders we welcome quote requests. Simply fax your request to 316-558-8806 with the list of items you wish us to quote. Be sure to write Quote Request at the top and include item numbers. We will quickly process the quote and fax it back to you.
Canceling Orders: All order cancellations must be made in writing. Please mail or email us to cancel an order. If an item is a special production item and is being made specifically for you it's very possible that it cannot be cancelled. We will call the manufacturer and try to stop production but there is not a guarantee that this can be accomplished. You are responsible for all related costs in canceling a special order in production.
Return Policy: Returns will not be processed without written authorization and a Return Authorization Number. If the manufacturer of your product has a return policy and you agree to their restocking charge you may return the product to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for the restocking charge and all applicable freight charges both shipping to you and for return to the manufacturer. Please call Joey at 316-558-8806 to get a return authorization number. Returns will not be processed without written authorization and a Return Authorization Number. Returned items must be in original package in unused condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery. Factory restocking fees vary from 10% to 30% depending on the factory. ACCEPTING YOUR LTL FREIGHT SHIPMENT :Count, Open & Inspect entire contents BEFORE signing for the shipment! If the boxes look damaged, note damaged items and/or shortages on the delivery receipt. Failure to note damages/shortages at the time of delivery releases Daycare Furniture Direct from all liability; therefore, you are responsible for any replacement costs. A notation of “Subject to Inspection” or “Possible Damage” on the delivery receipt is not acceptable. Specific notation of damage to the carton and product is required. THEN CALL JOEY AT 316-558-8806 WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO REPORT LOSS/DAMAGES. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF FREE REPLACEMENT.
