We make every effort to provide accurate lead times on every product; however, all times listed are approximate and subject to factory lead times and stock.

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before your payment is processed. Orders canceled after the payment is processed will incur a 6% cancelation fee. Special Order items that are canceled while in production will incur up to a 30% factory restocking fee. (Special Order Items include but are not limited to Changing Tables, Activity Tables, Storage Units, Coat Lockers, any item that provides you with a choice of colors and/or features or is built after your order.) If the item you wish to cancel is through production and ready for shipping or has shipped can not be canceled and return fee will apply.
Rejected Shipments or Failure to Receive
Products can not be canceled once it ships. If the customer attempts to cancel their order in spite of this policy, by rejecting the shipment, through credit card or bank chargeback or any other means, JoCo Sales LLC, Daycare Furniture Direct and daycarefurnituredirect.com will prosecute to the full extent of the law and secure reimbursement for the full amount of the order, storage fees, shipping and delivery fees, return shipping fees, restocking fees, attorney fee, and any other charges related to the case. Consumer agrees to this policy when making a purchase as well as making the decision to refuse, reject or not receive the order after it ships.
Any and all request for changes to a delivery location after purchase must be made through Daycare Furniture
Direct by email to email@example.com prior to delivery. If you the customer are not available, or space is not available when a shipment arrives and the trucking company or delivery driver is ask to change locations as specified by the customer, or needs to take the order back to their location and store it, the customer is fully responsible for all costs of shipping and storage fees associated with the request or storage. Customer agrees to these terms when making a purchase from JoCo Sales LLC, Daycare Furniture Direct and/or daycarefurnituredirect.com.
Return Policy for Daycare Furniture Direct Items
Within 15 days of delivery you must request a return authorization by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any merchandise. Included in your request please provide your name and order number along with the item description and quantity you wish to return. Items must be unused, in re-sellable, new condition in the original packaging.
If the reason for the return is not our error, you are responsible for the freight cost to have it shipped back to the manufacturer, All return shipping must be Prepaid; otherwise, it will be refused. Once the Manufacturer inspects and verifies the merchandise is unused, in re-sellable new condition in the original packaging a Credit will be issued and applied to your account less 30% factory restocking fees and original shipping fees to you. Actual shipping costs incurred to deliver the product, even on items with FREE SHIPPING, is non-refundable. All return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery and shipped to the return address within 10 days of receiving the Return Authorization.
IMPORTANT! Returned items must be shipped to the address provided with the Return Authorization only by way of prepaid freight and you must insure your package to guard against loss or damage. If items arrive damaged due to improper packaging we will NOT accept the return or process the refund. All returns are subject to the Manufacturers return policy and will be processed according to the above policy. Daycare Furniture Direct, JoCo Sales LLC and daycarefurnituredirect.com do not accept returns. Do not ship your return to Daycare Furniture Direct or JoCo Sales LLC it will be refused.
Due to Manufacturer policies we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for the following items: Replacement parts including but not limited to toddler and play and feed table seats, belts and harnesses, footrest & seat covers, nap cot legs, mesh covers, name clips, poles and casters, or Mahar brand chairs.
Return Policy for JoCo Boutique Items
You may request to return any item form JoCo Boutique section of this website within 5 days of delivery by email to email@example.com. Please include your name and order number with your request along with the item you wish to return. We will then email you Return Authorization Form which must be sent in with your item to insure proper credit for the returned item.
If the reason for the return is not our error, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. All return shipping must be Prepaid; otherwise, it will be refused. Once we inspects and verify the merchandise meets the above return policy an account Credit will be issued and applied to your account on file less 30% restocking fees and original shipping fees to you. All return items must be shipped to the return address provided on the Return Authorization Form within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Form. JoCo Boutique items received after the return deadline will not be processed.
Joco Boutique clothing and accessories items include minky blankets, fabric car seat covers, clothing, hair bows and jewelry only, no other items included. Joco Boutique items must be new, unused in the original package with all original tags and hang tags still attached. Any item returned used, washed, out of the original package, with a damaged package, without attached tags, without attached hang tags, or damaged in any way will not be eligible or processed for return.
Policy and Procedure for Accepting LTL Freight and Truck Shipments
To Protect You from Liability, Do Not Sign Delivery Receipt until Shipment has been Inspected Thoroughly. Count and Open package(s) / box(es) and thoroughly inspect each item for damage or missing parts. Refuse to accept the shipment/carton if damage is visible.
You are responsible to make necessary notations on the delivery receipt after inspection. Failure to note damaged items and/or shortages on the receipt releases JoCo Sales LLC, Daycare Furniture Direct and daycarefurnituredirect.com from all liability; therefore, you are responsible for any replacement costs.
Shortage: Verify the shipment piece count as shown on the delivery receipt and record any shortage.
Damage: Record number of cartons and the carton contents which contain creases, scuff marks, tears, punctures, etc., or if cartons are wet or otherwise compromised. Notate any visual damage to product itself.
Refuse to accept any item if damage if visible.
Damage Discovered After Delivery Receipt is Signed (Concealed Damaged):
If concealed damage is discovered, contact Daycare Furniture Direct by email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately (within 24 hours). Include your order number, name and at least 3 photos of the damaged item and packaging. Retain all cartons and packing materials until we advise that it may be discarded.
Replacements: Replacement costs will apply on all concealed damages not noted at time of delivery.
Freight Service Definitions:
Tailgate Delivery - The driver brings the freight to the tailgate for you to remove.
Special Freight delivery services upon request only.
Liftgate - Lower the freight off the truck to the ground.
Inside Delivery - Driver brings freight over the entrance threshold only.
Call Ahead - Driver will call and schedule a day and window of time for delivery.
All Freight deliveries unless otherwise stated in the emailed shipping quote will be via Tailgate delivery. If special services are required please Email email@example.com and a new shipping quote will be provided.
Policy and Procedure for Accepting Small Package Shipments:
(USPS Priority, UPS Ground & FedEx Ground)
Standard Delivery: Small package deliveries do not always require a signature; therefore, any damages on these shipments must be reported to Daycare Furniture Direct by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days from the time of delivery. Please provide us with the tracking number of the damaged carton(s) and at least 3 photos of the damaged item and package. All boxes, cartons, packaging and damaged merchandise must be retained as it is likely to be picked up as part of the claim process we will initiate with the carrier. Replacements of damaged merchandise will be issued at no charge if you are in accordance with our replacement policy. Damages reported after 3 days from delivery will be subject to the carriers approval and will release JoCo Sales LLC, Daycare Furniture Direct and daycarefurnituredirect.com from any liability.
Signature Required: When your order arrives verify the shipment piece count as shown on the delivery receipt and record any shortage on the driver's paperwork. Inspect the box(es) for damage open the box(es) and inspect the contents, notate any visual damage to product(s) and box(es) on the driver's paperwork. Only sign for the boxes you receive and note any shortage or damage on the driver's paperwork. If your shipment requires a signature at time of delivery and the Procedure for accepting small package shipments is not followed you will release JoCo Sales LLC, Daycare Furniture Direct and daycarefurnituredirect.com from any liability.
